Gregg Handrich

Designated Managing Broker, Founder

Gregg is a seasoned real estate investor and developer with an extensive 35-year background in underwriting, acquisitions, development, asset management and property management. His mission founding Archpoint was to create a property management company that was focused on details and uniquely positioned to manage properties in its own portfolio. Gregg holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and an MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Eric Handrich

Property Manager

Eric joined Archpoint in 2024 after 10 years in the Supply Chain Industry. He managed strategic capacity, a team that focused on negotiating and servicing long term contractual freight from Fortune 500 shipping partners. He has managed and invested in properties since 2020. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Cheryl Wacnik
Director of Accounting

Cheryl is a CPA with a background in audit, financial analysis, financial statement review, accounting and treasury operations and budgeting. In addition to public accounting experience, she has worked in both private industry and family office accounting departments. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College.

Fred Kuehn

Maintenance Manager

With over 25 years of experience building and running his own successful custom bike and repair business, Fred brings unmatched hands-on expertise to our property management team. His background has sharpened his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to fix just about anything that comes his way. Fred always finds practical solutions that keep our communities running smoothly. When he’s not tackling maintenance requests, he enjoys riding and building custom bikes in his free time.

Abbie Handrich

Go-To-Market Strategy & Ops

Abbie is leading Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations for Archpoint, leveraging her cross-industry expertise to guide the company’s market entry. She is responsible for shaping Archpoint’s launch strategy and establishing the foundational processes that will drive long-term success—everything from driving resident and vendor adoption of new tools to streamlining operational workflows.

She has spent over a decade in Customer Success for SaaS companies, leading teams focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, while also building scalable systems to support sustainable business growth. At Archpoint, she’s applying that same customer-first mindset to ensure the company launches with clarity, confidence, and operational excellence.

Paul Kahlon

Tech Strategy & Implementation Lead

Paul focuses on delivering management consulting services related to IT strategy and future technology trends. He aims to implement tech across a variety of use cases at our firm. He graduated with a Bachelors & MAS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is currently working toward his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Julie Handrich

Marketing Manager

Julie is the Marketing engine behind Archpoint. She has overseen all aspects for marketing, advertising and design for a 200+ unit apartment portfolio over the last 10 years. Julie holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
